This worksheet offers helpful questions and prompts so that you can process through fear. Rather than tell you what to do, or how to feel, it helps you understand your fear, face it and then move through it.
I found myself feeling paralyzed by fear in a variety of situations, some big and some small and so I developed this worksheet for myself to help me move through fear in a healthier way. Not to ignore, stuff, or deny what I’m feeling, but rather to face it, understand it and come out on the other side. I am sharing it with you in the hopes that we can all grow into the freedom available on the other side of fear.
